How do I access the course after purchase?

Instant access via email + your dashboard.

Right after checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a login link. Use that email address to sign in, then open your dashboard to start lessons immediately. If you don’t see the email within 10 minutes, check spam/promotions and then contact support with your order email.

Save the dashboard URL in your bookmarks and enable “preferences cookies” to remember your theme.

How many devices can I use?

Use any personal devices; avoid shared accounts.

You can log in from multiple personal devices (desktop, laptop, tablet, phone). For account security and licensing, avoid sharing your login publicly or with a group. If you need team access, contact support for options.
Can I watch lessons offline?

Most content is streaming-first; notes are downloadable.

Lessons are designed for streaming in your dashboard to keep progress tracking consistent and ensure you always get the latest version. Where available, we provide downloadable worksheets, checklists, and practice plans.
Is access lifetime?

Depends on your plan; upgrades keep access.

Access duration is defined by the plan you purchased (for example, “lifetime” or “12-month access”). If you upgrade later, your new access period and included updates will apply automatically to your account.

What is your refund policy?

Clear time window + simple request process.

If a course isn’t a fit, request a refund within the stated refund window shown on your checkout receipt. Send your order email and (if available) order number. We respond within 1–2 business days and process eligible refunds back to the original payment method.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?

Yes—receipts are emailed automatically.

A receipt is automatically emailed after checkout. If you need an invoice with specific billing details, contact support with your order email and the billing name/company you want shown.
How do I cancel a subscription?

Cancel anytime; access remains until period ends.

If your plan is subscription-based, you can cancel from your billing portal using the link in your purchase email. After cancellation, you’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period. If you can’t find the portal link, contact support and we’ll help.

Yes. If your course includes certification, you’ll see a certificate section inside your dashboard after completing the required modules. Certificates can be downloaded as a PDF and re-downloaded anytime during your access period.
Can I change the name on my certificate?

Yes—update profile or request a correction.

Usually, yes: update your profile name and re-generate the certificate. If you need a special formatting or a corrected spelling that isn’t reflected after updating your profile, contact support and include the exact name you want displayed.

A typical schedule is 3–5 sessions per week, 20–40 minutes each, plus short daily journaling. If you’re new, start slower and focus on consistency. Your dashboard progress tracking helps you keep momentum.
Will you add advanced modules?

We expand content based on outcomes.

Yes—when we add advanced material, it’s built around practical outcomes: stability, recall, and control. If your plan includes updates, you’ll see new modules appear automatically. If not, you can upgrade later.

What data do you store?

Typically, we store your account email, course access status, and progress (completed lessons). If you allow preference cookies, we store UI preferences like theme. We avoid collecting unnecessary data for an FAQ page.
How can I secure my account?

Use a unique password (not reused elsewhere), keep your email account secure, and avoid logging in on public/shared computers. If you suspect unusual activity, contact support and we’ll help you reset access.

Most messages get a reply within 1–2 business days. During launches or major updates, it may take a bit longer, but we process refunds and access issues first.
What should I include in my support request?

Include the email used at checkout, a short description of the issue, your device/browser, and screenshots if relevant. If it’s billing-related, add the approximate purchase date and the last 4 digits shown on your receipt (if available).
