1) Eligibility, accounts, and access

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Access to paid content may be time-limited or subscription-based as described at purchase.
• We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.

2) Payments, trials, renewals

Prices are shown at checkout. If your plan auto-renews, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the renewal rate and cadence disclosed at purchase.

• Taxes may apply depending on your location and are displayed where required.
• If a payment fails, we may retry charging and/or restrict access until payment is completed.
• Promotional pricing, coupons, and trials may have additional conditions stated at redemption.

3) Refunds and cancellations

Refund availability depends on what you purchased and the applicable refund policy presented at checkout. Unless required by law, partial use of content may reduce or eliminate eligibility for refunds.

• To cancel an auto-renewing plan, cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Refund requests must include the purchase email and order details.
• If we grant a refund, access to paid materials may be revoked.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with other users, or attempt to access systems or accounts you do not own.

• No scraping, automated harvesting, credential-stuffing, or bypassing access controls.
• No uploading malicious code or exploiting vulnerabilities.
• No resale, redistribution, or public posting of paid content.
• No use that violates laws, infringes rights, or causes harm to others.

5) Intellectual property

All course materials, video lessons, templates, and platform components are owned by Dream Control Courses or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display content without written permission.
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements remain our property.

6) User submissions and feedback

If you submit feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to improve our services. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information you do not have the right to share.

7) Disclaimers

Courses are provided for educational purposes. Results vary and depend on many factors including your practice, prior experience, and personal circumstances. We do not promise specific outcomes.

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or that defects will be corrected immediately.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Control Courses will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

• Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim (or a lower amount if required by law).
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.

9) Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the integrity and safety of the platform.

• Upon termination, your license to access course materials ends.
• Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations survive termination.

10) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by updating the effective date and/or using an in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
